This is a read-only demonstration account for Acme Workspaces. Its people, bookings, invoices and balances are sample data. It cannot reserve a room, change membership, take payment or send a support message. Use it to understand the navigation before using an actual account.

Your sample workspace

The demonstration follows a small Team account planning desk days and meetings across Port Alder. Membership help describes the plan and renewal navigation. Bookings shows a finite list of example reservations. Rooms presents the catalogue and a guided booking explanation. Billing shows sample invoice labels and role-qualified help.

Account guidance

A room reservation requires actual confirmation with a booking ID. An empty slot or a row marked confirmed in this demonstration proves nothing about a real customer's booking. Similarly, a sample paid invoice cannot establish a real payment. Keep your own account's date and reference when asking staff for help.

Arrival guides

The check-in guide uses location tabs to show access windows. The guest-pass guide explains accompanied common-area visitors and meeting attendees. These are separate guide pages within the app, accessible from ordinary navigation links. Sharing or sign-in overlays do not add a new policy.

Plan your next step

Use the documentation for complete cancellation, refund, credit and invoice procedures. The cost tools explain fixed examples without changing an account. If published information does not cover a situation, contact the appropriate staff with the relevant location, date and reference.
