Rooms and booking guidance

Choose a location to see its room types. The data appears after a short load, and the filters keep the selection explicit. The catalogue is fixed demonstration content, with no live calendar or payment action.

From choice to confirmation

Choose the location, then the room and date/time. Confirm capacity and duration. Select eligible credits or payment, review the cancellation rule, and confirm in the actual account. A booking exists only after confirmation with a booking ID. The demonstration's Confirm booking button stays disabled.

Credit reminder

One room credit pays for thirty minutes in Harbor Pebble or Maple only. Other rooms and catering are excluded. A minimum one-hour booking can combine credits and cash when the available credits cover only part of the duration. The tools show the remaining charge beside the eligible minutes.

Attendees and food

Count everyone inside the room against capacity. Common-area guest limits are a different rule. Cold outside food is allowed, alcohol is not, and catering requires two business days' notice. A room image or example session does not confirm a food order or a personal arrangement.
