Example bookings

The list contains 24 sample reservations in three finite windows of eight. Scroll or use Next records to move through the windows. These examples illustrate IDs, dates, rooms and statuses; they are not live availability or the bookings of a real customer.

Reading a record

Keep the location and room together. Pebble and Maple belong to Harbor, Cedar and Summit to Midtown, and Willow and Fern to Garden. A date, booking ID and status give context to the record. A room name alone does not distinguish a cancelled reservation from a later replacement.

Changing a real booking

Use the actual account and the relevant booking ID. A change creates a replacement reservation and needs a new confirmation. Review the old booking's cancellation conditions before relying on a fee or credit return. The disabled demonstration controls cannot cancel or move any reservation.

Related questions

A room booking does not automatically cover desk visits for its attendees. Credits have room and location eligibility, and catering is a separate charge. The booking guide links those details in the order you need them before confirming. If a screen looks unfamiliar, retain the date and reference instead of copying a sample ID into a staff request.
