Billing demonstration
These rows illustrate billing navigation for an account owner or billing admin. Ordinary Team members cannot access company invoices in an actual account. The public demonstration does not authenticate anyone or reveal real financial records.

Download guidance
In the actual App, select Billing, then Invoices, select the required record and choose Download PDF. The example download here points to the public Team billing guide, whose sample records explain the distinction. It is not another real invoice or a thirteenth downloadable company document.
Invoice versus receipt
An invoice describes what was billed. A receipt records payment. An invoice labelled as a sample cannot establish a real account's payment status, and downloading one does not itself complete payment. Ask for the document your finance colleague actually needs.
If you need help
Use the real invoice reference and period in your request. State whether the problem concerns navigation, access, a billing detail or proof of payment. Staff need that scope instead of a copied demonstration number. The billing guide contains additional document-specific instructions alongside this app procedure.
